The differences of new urban theory in Sino-Western urbanization practice

根据中西方城市发展的基本过程,对新都市主义理论进行探讨,阐明了由于中西方国情的差异,新都市主义在城市化实践中也存在着不同的操作方法,对城市经营和房地产项目策划具有一定的指导意义。

On the basis of dementary process of the development of Sino-Westem cities, the author discusses the new urban theory, illustrates its different operational approaches in urbanization practice because of different situations in Sino-Westem countries, which to offer a guide for urban management and real estate item planning.
