砖混结构新旧建筑物基础之间沉降缝的处理

The methods dealing with settiement joint of newly and existing of masonry-concrete structure

通过工程设计经验,对处理好新旧建筑物基础之间的沉降缝问题进行了探讨、实践,尤其新建工程为砖混结构时,新旧建筑物基础部位相互制约,针对这一问题,提出两种处理方法。

Using engineering design experience, the problem of Settlement joint between newly building and existing structure is discussed and practiced. EspeeiaUy for masonry-conerete structure, two methods are advanced dealing with the interaction influence of foundation between newly building and existing structure.
