介绍了工程变更的具体内容，根据FIDIC条款第52条规定分析了变更工程的定价方法，并就工程建设过程中出现的制约因素，从有利双方的角度提出了新的单价调整原则。
it introduces the concrete contents＇of change in project. According to the 52ed provision of FIDIC item, it analyzes the fixed price method in the project change. Combined with the restricted factors in construction process, it puts forward new unit price change principle from the angle of both sides all getting benefits.
