聚合物多元醇GPOP-H45制备高回弹泡沫研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用新型高活性聚合物多元醇GPOP-H45为原料,制备出机械性能良好的高回弹泡沫制品。讨论了影响泡沫性能的主要因素及国外同类产品发泡情况和制品性能的比较。结果发现,在发泡中加入GPOP-H45,可显著提高泡沫制品的承载性及开孔性,同时改进了其机械性能。 The high resilient foams with good mechanical properties were prepared by using novel high active polymer polyol GPOP-H45 as raw material. The main factors affecting foam characteristics and the comparison of foaming tendency and product characteristics between self-made product and foreign similar product are discussed. The results showed that the load bearing and cell opening characteristics of foam products could be significantly improved by adding GPOP-H45 during the foam formation. Meanwhile the mechanical properties of foams were also improved.
