摘要
总结了1999-2004年间我国薄板坯连铸连轧生产所取得的成绩和技术、装备的发展；分析了存在的问题及产生原因；提出了努力与优化的目标以及关于制订新流程全面的生产效率与质量综合技术经济评价体系的问题。
The present paper summarizes the achievements China has achieved in the thin slab continuous casting and continuous rolling production as well as developments of technologies and equipments in this respect; and analyzes the problems existing and cause of occurrence of those problems; and puts forward targets for further improve- ment and optimization as well as problems in reference to drawing up a program to set up a completely new and comprehensive technical and economical assessment system for the production efficiency and quality.
