介绍福建三明钢厂100t转炉二次除尘系统采用气力输灰的工艺,减少了转炉二次除尘积灰二次扬尘对环境的污染,解决除尘灰循环再利用问题。

The present paper describes the technology of conveying dust ash with the compressed gas in the redustor system of the 100 t converter in Sanming Steel Works. In this way the environmental contamination has been alleviated in the Plant area since the clouds of the accumulated ash in the redustor system will not fly up again and furthermore the problem of re-utilization of the dust ash of the redustor system is accordingly solved.
