摘要
为水培凤仙提供一些理论依据,采用水培方法研究了不同通气时间对新几内亚凤仙生长的影响。结果表明:在8、16和24 h 3个不同通气时间的处理中,以16 h为适合新几内亚凤仙生长的通气时间;通气16 h的处理,根体积显著高于其他2个处理,而通气16 h和24 h的处理,植株的根系活力显著高于通气8 h的处理;通气8 h和16 h的处理,植株体内SOD、POD活性显著高于通气24 h的处理;通气8 h的处理与其他处理相比,植物体内丙二醛的含量显著增加,不利于植株的生长发育。
The effect of different aeration time on the growth of New Guinea Impatiens was studied under solution culture to offer the theoretical foundation. The results indicated that 16 hours was the optimal aeration time to the growth of New Guinea impatiens among the three different treatments of 8 hours, 16 hours and 24 hours. The root volume with 16 hours aeration was significantly larger than other two treatments, and the root vigor with 16 and 24 hours aeration was significantly higher than the treatment of 8 hours. The activities of SOD and POD with 8 and 16 hours aeration were significantly stronger than aerating 24 hours. Compared with 16 hours and 24 hours treatments, the contents of MDA increased obviously by aerating 8 hours, which was harmful to the growth and development of the plant.
