植物枝茎内液体的黏度与剪切应力关系的研究

摘要 通过对槐树(国槐)和刺槐2种植物枝茎内的液体进行黏度测试,结果表明:这2种植物体内的液体是典型的非牛顿流体;同时研究了液体黏度与剪切应力的关系,试验结果显示,在低剪切应力区,随剪切应力的增大,液体的黏度变小,当剪切应力增大到一定值时,剪切应力的变化对黏度的影响趋缓,并拟合出黏度与剪切应力的本构方程。 The relationship of viscosity and shearing stress of liquid in branch of Sophora japonica L. and Robinica pseudoacacia L. was studied in this paper. The liquid is non - Newtonian fluid. It is found that viscosity reduced according to shearing stress increased in section of lower shearing stress, and changed little in the section of hight shearing stress. A related test fiting curve was obtained from the test, and eounstitutive equation was obtained.
