100 t/d低温螺旋榨油机的研制

Manufacture of low temperature screw press with the capacity of 100 t/d

在对压缩比、施压速度、压榨时间、压榨过程的保温、防磨措施、榨料性质调节等关键技术进行深入研究的基础上，研制成功了LYZX系列100t／d低温螺旋预榨机。实测该机生产能力达83．5～92t／d脱皮菜籽仁，在65℃温度下入榨，一次压榨干饼残油率小于17％；装机容量为99kW。

Compression ratio, pressing speed, pressing time, pressing temperature, measures of wear - resistance and adjusting the properties of pressing material were investigated for developing a new type of screw press LYZX. Based on the research results of these key parameters, the screw press LYZX was designed and manufactured successfully. Pilot test of this type of screw press LYZX equipped with 99 kW power supply show the production capacity is 83.5 to 92 t dehulled rapeseed kernel per day, and residual oil content in cake can be reduced to 17% below 65℃.
