摘要 水化脱胶基于磷脂的亲水性和疏水性功能。对于不同产地和不同季节的大豆,其磷脂的组成和特性存在差异,如单用水化脱胶,脱胶油含磷量很难达到200 mg/kg以下,即使脱胶油含磷量低于200 mg/kg,但280℃加热试验不合格。通过对目前使用的几种脱胶工艺的比较,我们体会到按离心机分离轻重相差调整油的状态,使分离的胶质不带油或少带油,可提高精炼得率。 The basic principle of hydrated degumming depend on the property of the hydratable lecithin and the nonhydratable lecithin, the property and constitute of the lecithin in soybean coming from different place and different season. For example, the P content of the degumming oil is difficult to reach 200 mg/kg by pure water degumming, and even if the P content in the oil is less than 200 mg/kg, the specification of the oil can't reach the 280℃ heating test. By comparing with some degumming processing, we realized that the oil should be adjusted to separate between light phase and heavy phase by a self- separator, in order to make the gum containing a few oil or non -oil, and improving the refining yield.
