摘要
固体酸性催化剂作为酯交换的催化剂是当前的研究热点。选择了几种固体酸性催化剂作为废煎炸油与甲醇酯交换的催化剂,并将它们的催化活性与传统催化剂进行了对比。结果显示,所有这些催化剂中,NaHSO4.H2O的催化活性与H2SO4相似,且催化剂可回收再生,整个反应过程无三废污染。
The solid acid catalyst attracted much attention as the transesterification catalyst in recent research. The esterification of waste frying oil with methanol was earried out over various solid acid catalysts, and the results were compared with conventional acid catalysts. Among the catalysts , NaHSO4 . H2O showed the similar activities to the conventional acid H2SO4. The catalyst of NaHSO4· H2O can be recovered and there is no pollution in this process.
