摘要
研究以高酸值废弃油脂为原料,采用共沸蒸馏溶剂酯化-转酯化法制备生物柴油的技术。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,酸值高达112 mgKOH/g的废弃油脂转化为生物柴油产品,转化率达到98%以上,产品技术指标达到ASTM 6751标准。
The production technology of biodiesel from high acid value waste oil with azeotropic distillation solvent -esterification and transesterification was studied. The result showed that under the optimum condition, conversion efficiency of biodiesel from waste oil with high acid value （ 112 mgKOH/g） was over 98% , and the qualification of the production reached ASTM 6751.
