标本放置时间对血细胞分析仪测定结果的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨标本放置时间对BC-3000全自动血细胞分析仪测定结果的影响。方法采集30例体检人员静脉血,在20min内上机测定9项血细胞参数。而后将标本分为两组,一组置于室温(18~25℃)保存,另一组置于低温(2~4℃)保存。分别于标本放置2h、4h、6h、8h、10h时间点再进行测定。以20min内测定结果为对照,所有时间点测定结果与之比较。结果室温下,2h、4h、6h组9项血细胞参数测定值与对照组相比均无明显变化;8h组平均红细胞体积(MCV)和血细胞比容(HCT)明显升高,差异有显著性,P〈0.05;10h组PLT计数明显降低,差异有显著性,P〈0、01。低温下,8h、10h组PLT明显降低,差异有显著性(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);其余各组各测定值均无明显变化。结论用该仪器进行血细胞参数测定,应在6h内完成,以保证检验结果的准确性。 Objective To study the effects of blood sample stored time on analysis results by automatic blood cell analyzer. Methods The vein blood of 30 examined persons was collected and the nights blood corpuscle parameters were determined within 20 minutes. The remanent blood samples were divided two groups , one was stored in 18 - 25℃ and another in 2 - 4℃. Then, all parameters were determined at 2 h ,4 h ,6 h,8 h, 10 h respectively. The results within 20 rain were selected as the control group and all results in other time were compared with them. Results In 18 -25℃, the difference between nights blood ceil parameters in 2 h,4 h,6 h groups and in the control group was not obvious; MCV,HCT in 8 h group were significantly higher than that in the control group, P 〈 0.05 ; PLT in 10 h group was obviously lower than that in the control group, P 〈 0.01. In 2 - 4℃, PLT in 8 h, 10 h groups was significantly lower than that in the control group, P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ; the other parameters in all groups were not variational evidently. Conclusion For ensuring the reliability of results, it was finished within 6 h that blood ceil parameters were determined by this analyzer.
