杜仲内生真菌类群与分布的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Population and Distribution of Endophytic Fungi from Eucommia Ulmoides

从采自江苏和陕西的杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides)的组织中共分离获得254株内生真菌,根据形态学特征鉴定分属于9个属。研究结果表明从不同地点杜仲组织中以及从杜仲不同部位组织中分离获得的内生真菌的类群与分布存在明显差异。

Two hundred and fifty-four strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the leaves, branches and barks of Eucommia ulmoides in different regions of Nanjing, Jiangsu and Xi＇an, Shanxi. They were morphologically identified as 9 fungal genera. It was shown that the species and distribution of the endophytic fungi varied distinctly not only in different regions but also in different parts of Eucommia ulmoides.
