摘要
结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型。结果表明:急性心肌缺血10min,心肌磷酯肌醇信息传递系统功能增强,其PIP_2、IP_3水平明显高于非缺血对照组(P<0.01)。茶多酚、丹参均能显著抑制急性心肌缺血所致心肌PIP_2、IP_3水平的升高,并呈一定剂量依赖性。说明其抗心肌缺血机制在于抑制缺血心肌磷酯肌醇信息传递系统功能,减轻细胞内钙过荷。
The function of trans-membrane signal system of myocardium was increased in the models of rats with artificial myocardial ischemia over 10 min. The levels of PIP2.IP3 in ischemic group were markedly higher than those in non-ischemic group. The rise of the levels of PIP2,IP3 caused by acute myocardial ischemia were markedly inhibited by the tea polypheonels and salvia miltiorrhizae composi-tae. The relationship of dose-effect was observed. The results showed that function of trans-membrane signal system of acute iscliemic myocardium was inhibited by the mechanism of tea polypheonels and salvia miltiorrhizae compositae through the decrease of intracellular calcium load.
