摘要
采用多因素逐步回归分析方法研究评估301例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)急性期(四周内)心泵功能状况。取F_(0.05)=3.86,通过电子计算机对22项因素进行分析,筛选出5项评估泵功能有显著性意义的因素:血压、双肺啰音、心音、奔马律和并发病,并建立数学模型。自身回代总符合率为83.1%,泵衰竭符合率75.9%,其中泵衰竭Ⅱ~Ⅲ级符合率80.8%,IV~V级符合率67.7%,泵功能正常(含泵衰竭Ⅰ级)符合率85.8%。本模型对评估AMI急性期泵功能有一定的客观价值。
Pump function changes of 301 patients with acute myocardial infarction were evaluated during a-cute stage (within 4 weeks)of the disease using a stepwise regressive analysis of multiple correlative factors. Twenty-two factors were analysed through electronic computer (F0.05 = 3. 86). As consequence , 5 factors--blood pressure,presence of pulmonary rales, abnormal heart sounds, gallop andaccompanying diseases were screened out as having significance on pump function changes. The general correspondence rate of self resetting was 83- 1%, correspondence rate of pump failure was 75. 9% , that of pump failure grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ was 80. 8% ,that of pump failure grade Ⅳ~Ⅴ was 67. 7% ,that of normal pump function (including pump failure grade I)was 85. 5%. This method of analysis and its results would have a certain objective value in assessing pump function changes in acute stage of AMI.
