国产左旋甲状腺素钠临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of L-T_4Na Made in China

对国产左旋甲状腺素钠(L-T_4Na)治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退进行了临床疗效观察。观察组30例,口服国产L-T。Na;对照组16例,口眼英国产L-T_4Na。经治疗3个月,两组病人的甲状腺功能减退临床表现均明显改善或消失,甲状腺功能均恢复正常,有效率为100％。两组病人用药期间未见明显副作用。研究结果表明,国产L-T_4Na为一疗效显著的治疗甲状腺功能减退的药物。

Clinical efficacy of levothyroxine sodium(L-T4Na) ,made in China,in treatment of primary hypothyroidism was observed. The observation group included 30 cases who took L-T4Na made in China. The comparison group included 16 cases who took L-T4Na made in England- After 3 months treatment. the clinical manifestations of hypothyroidism were improved or disappeared and thyroid fuction was normalized in all patients of the two groups. Effectiveness rate was 100% in each group. No obvious side effect was observed in the two groups during treatment. Results of the research showed that L-T4Na made in China was a valuable medicine with good effectiveness for hypothyroidism.
