摘要
对参加梧州春训的13支U—19足球队的409份课时训练计划进行了数据统计分析,运用训练周期理论对U—19足球队春训训练课次、训练内容和负荷安排加以改进,旨在建立合理、科学的春训训练模式。
This essay makes an analysis about the 408 copies of the class training plans for the 13 U19 football teams that participated the spring training in Wuzhou, We used the ＂Training period theory＂ to discover that there were some aspects needed to improve, such as the class times, the training content and the load arrangements of the spring training, Meanwhile, the essay also infers the reasonable and scientific arrangement of spring training and tries to establish the training model during spring.
