摘要
以科学发展观的思想为指导,阐述分析了高校离退休管理服务工作的特点、重要地位和深刻意义。通过实践和探索,提出了高校离退休管理服务工作的新思路、新理念和一套行之有效、颇具特色的工作方法。
Under the direction of scientific development thought, the paper analyzes the characteristics, fundamentality and profound significance of high school retirement administration. Based on practice and investigate, the new consideration and principle as well as a set of effective and characteristic work method of high school retirement administration are put forward.
