In modem commodity economy society of that national economy and international economy merge day by day into an organic one, How to make the famous trademarks of our country gaine the existence and avoid the encroachment of illegal in world economy is a reality problem that our government will pay much attention to and solve in effort. Thingking of extraterritorial protection of famous trademark in our country are： strengthening the consciousness in the enterprise trademark register, trademarking abroad in time, canceling the trademark which abroad companies rob to register; looking for the government＇s supports which can provide a good environment for extraterritorial protection of our country; making use of the law of the relevant government.
