心肌细胞中AE蛋白的功能及可能的信号传导通路
摘要
心肌细胞中存在阴离子交换蛋白(Anion Exchanger,AE),其主要作用是转运Cl-/HCO3-,调节细胞内pH和细胞内[Cl-],从而维持正常生理状态下心肌的兴奋-收缩耦联,决定心脏的整体电学特性[1]。
