摘要
本课题研究用3种不同剂量的热中子(5×1011、5×1012、5×1013中子/cm2)辐照干种子含水量在13.5%~14.0%的黑粳稻4号和上农黑糯07品种。从辐照成苗结果得知,致死剂量为1~5×1013中子/cm2;半致死剂量为3×1012中子/cm2;临界剂量为5×1012中子/cm2,并从3~5×1012中子/cm2剂量中培育出黑米种皮黑色素含量比原品种黑粳稻4号高出17.3%~28.3%和比上农黑糯07高出19.9%~40%的新品系。黑米种皮黑色素主要集中在糙米的种皮部,颜色越深,色素含量越高。对黑米种皮黑色素含量的选育,成熟时可通过剥去小穗颖壳目测糙米种皮色泽深浅进行筛选。
in This study,the dry seed of Black japonica rice No. 4 and Shangnong Black glutinous rice No.7 with the moisture content 13. 5%  ̄ 14. 0% have been radiated by three different doses of thermoneutron (5 X 1011, 5 X 1012, 5 X 1013 neutron/cm2 ). The results showed that the lethal dose for radiation of seedlings was 1 - 5 x 1013 neutron/cm2, the semilethal dose 3 x 1012 neutron/cm2, the critical dose 5 X 1012 neutron/cm2. The new rice lines of black pigment in seed coat bred by the dose of 3- 5 X 1012 neutron/cm2. The seed coat pigment of new lines is 17. 3--28. 3% more than in old lines of Black japonica rice No. 4,and 19.9% - 40% of Black glutinous rice No. 7 Black rice pigmen is mainly focused on the seed coat part of brown rice. The deeper the color,the higher the content. To breeding and selection of Black rice in seed coat black pigment,we can observe its color peeling off the spikelet chaff at the mature stage.
