摘要
目的:分析中等职业学校毕业生职业决策自我效能的现状,为中等职业学校毕业生职业辅导提供针对性的指导。方法:于2006-02采用随机分层取样方法在桐乡市外国语学校、桐乡市信息学校和嘉兴服装学校的抽取毕业生300名进行问卷调查,将龙立荣和彭永新修订的“大学生职业决策自我效能量表”,进一步修订成为“中等职业学生职业决策自我效能”问卷。由自我评价、收集信息、目标选择、制订计划、问题解决等5方面能力构成。共39道题目,采用5点记分。通过问卷调查对中等职业学校毕业生的职业决策自我效能进行评估。结果:共发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷297份,问卷有效率为99%。其中男生132名,女生165名;农村生源有168名,城镇生源129名;独生子女139名,非独生子女158名。结果显示:①中等职业学校毕业生职业决策自我效能相对较高。②男毕业生职业决策自我效能在自我评价、目标选择和问题解决方面高于女生,差异显著(P<0.01)。③城镇毕业生职业决策自我效能自我评价和收集信息方面高于农村毕业生,差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05)。④自我评价和收集信息方面,独生子女高于非独生子女,且差异显著(P<0.05)。⑤不同专业学生职业决策自我效能差异不显著。结论:①中等职业学校毕业生的职业决策自我效能相对较高。②职业决策自我效能在自我评价、目标选择和问题解决方面存在性别差异。③在自我评价和收集信息方面存在生源地以及是否独生子女方面存在差异。④职业决策自我效能不存在专业差异。
AIM: To analyze the state of the career decision making self-efficacy of the middling vocational school graduates, so as to offer some reasonable references for the career education of middle vocational school graduates.
METHODS: Totally 300 students were chosen from Tongxiang Foreign Language School, Tongxiang Information School and Jiaxing Costume School with the method of stratified random sampling in February 2006, and they were investigated with questionnaire of the career decision making self-efficacy of the middling vocation school students, which edited based on "The undergraduate's questionnaire of career decision-making self-efficiency" designed by Long and Peng. To evaluation the career decision making self-efficacy of students, in the questionnaire, scored 5 levds, had 39 item made up by five factors, which were self-evaluation, information-acquisition, object-selection, plan-making and problem solving.
RESULTS: Totally 300 questionnaires were sent out, and 297 valid ones were recollected, and the effective rate was 99%. Of the valid questionnaire, 132 from males and 165 from females; 168 from country-students and 129 from town-students, 139 from only child and 158 from non-only child. The results showed that ①The career decision-making self-efficiency of middling vocational school students was better. ②Males were higher than females in self-evaluation, object-selection and problem solving, which had significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). ③Town-students were higher than country-students in self-evaluation and information-acquisition, which had significant difference (P 〈 0.01,P 〈 0.05). ④Only child was higher than non-only child in self-evaluation and information-acquisition, which had significant difference (P 〈 0.05). ⑤ There was no significant difference in different specialty.
CONCLUSION: ①The career decision-making self-efficiency of middling vocational school students is better. ②There are differences between genders in self-evaluation, object-selection and problem solving. ③Town-students are higher than country-students in self-evaluation and informationacquisition, so does in only child and non-only child. ④There is no difference in specialty.
