摘要
目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)与血浆瘦素(leptin)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)之间的关系。方法选择OSAS患者32例为实验组,另择年龄、身高、体重相匹配的健康者20例为对照组。用放射免疫法检测各组血浆瘦素、IL-6水平。结果OSAS患者血浆瘦素、IL-6水平明显高于对照组(t=6.19、5.43,P均<0.01);OSAS患者血浆瘦素、IL-6水平分别与睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AH I)呈正相关(r=0.79、0.87,P均<0.01);与夜间最低血氧饱和度(SaO2m in)呈负相关(r=-0.67、-0.76,P均<0.01);OSAS患者血浆瘦素水平与IL-6水平亦呈正相关(r=0.77,P<0.01)。结论血浆瘦素、IL-6可能参与了OSAS患者脂肪和睡眠的调节,OSAS导致的低氧、交感神经兴奋等可能是瘦素、IL-6产生的刺激物,瘦素、IL-6与OSAS存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the levels of plasma leptin and IL-6 and their relationships in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods Radiommunoassay method was used to determine the plasma leptin and IL-6 levels in 32 patients with OSAS and 20 healthy subjects matched for age, height, and weight. Results The levels of leptin and IL-6 in OSAS patients were significant higher than those in the control group respectively (leptin: t =6. 19, P 〈0. 01 ; IL-6: t =5. 34, P 〈0. 01 ), and they were positively corre- lated with AHI respectively (leptin: r =0. 79, P 〈0. 01 ;IL-6: r =0. 87, P 〈0. 01 ) , but were negatively correlated with SaO2 min (leptin,: r = -0. 67, P 〈0. 01 ;IL-6: r = -0. 76, P 〈0. 01 ). The plasma leptin level was positively correlated with IL-6 levels ( r =0. 77, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Leptin and IL-6 may be involved in the regulation of fat and sleep in OSAS patients. The decreased leptin and IL-6 may be caused by repeated nocturnal hypoxia and sympathetic activation due to OSAS.
