摘要
以反相高效液相色谱法测定己酮可可碱中的杂质，采用ＯＤＳ柱，以甲醇－水－冰乙酸（４５：５５：５）为流动相，紫外检测波长为２７４ｎｍ，本法比薄层色谱法分离效果好，精密度高，且具有良好重现性。
The impurities in pentoxifylline had been detected by RPHPLC.This method uses ODS column,MeOH-H2O-HOAc(45:55:5) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelenth is 274nm.This method is much more effective than the TLC method.
