非小细胞肺癌生物学特性免疫组化图像定量分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)免疫组化图像定量分析中描述光密度参数在免疫组化阳性着色深浅的变化及生物学意义。方法采用S-P法进行肺癌PCNA和BCL-2免疫组化染色,应用计算机病理图像分析系统(MPIAS-500)进行图像分析。结果44例肺癌中PCNA阳性为30例,积分光密度、平均光密度、平均灰度在肺癌肿瘤大小、有无转移、生存时间长短三项指标中两组间均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。BCL-2阳性为37例,其在肺癌肿瘤大小、有无转移、生存时间长短三项指标中积分光密度比较两组间均有统计学意义(P<0.01);平均光密度和平均灰度在前两项两组间有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论用描述光密度参数指标定量分析肺癌免疫组化图像可以更客观地反应肺癌的发生发展、转移和预后。 Objective To study the change and action in immunohistochemitry positive stain colour density about descriping luminosity indexes in the quantitative image analysis on Immunohistochemical nonsmall cell lung cancer. Method S-P method was used PCNA and BCL-2 Immunohistochemical staining of squamous cell lung cancer. Quantitative image analysis was performed with computer assited pathological image analysis system (MPIAS-500). Results There were PCNA positive stain 30 cases in 44 lung cancer, Integral luminosity, average luminosity, average black and white degree have all statistical meaning between two groups data about three targets of their size in tumour. If transform and living time ( P 〈 0.01 ). BCL-2 positive stain observed 37 cases. Which has statiscal meaning about compare integrate luminosity between two groups in above three targets ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; average luminosity average black and white degree have statistical meaning between two items of its size in tumour and if tyansform ( P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The descriping luminosity indexes in the quantitative immunohistochemitry image analysis may reflect objectively lung cancer produce and development, transform and prognosis.
