摘要 目的旨在探索临床诊断SARS病例红外热成像的表达规律,为红外热成像技术用于SARS监测提供依据。方法应用医用远红外热成像仪,采集临床诊断SARS病例躯干正前位红外热图,16级色码表达,半自动定位、定量,统计学处理。结果①临床诊断SARS病例色码分布可分为五型。②各型全胸区平均温值依次为:弥散型30.19℃;蝶翼型29.48℃;靶心型29.28℃;节段型29.14℃。各区平均温值依次为:腋中区30.46℃;左季区29.88℃;右季区29.77℃;锁上区29.72℃;颈前区29.67℃;胸肋区29.60℃;胸前区29.27℃。③各型、各区峰值温区的分布具有明显的规律。SARS病例红外热成像(IRI)具有明显的定位特征和定量规律;红外热成像(IRI)技术可较准确表达SARS病例生理、病理状态的多元信息。结论合理应用红外热成像技术对SARS进行监测具有重要意义。 Objective The goal is for the purpose of exploring the clinical diagnosis SARS case of illness infrared thermal imagery the expression rule, Uses in the SARS monitor for the infrared image technology providing the basis. Method Applies the medical far infrared thermal imaging system, the gathering infrared image of trunk anterior position of clinical diagnosis SARS case of illness. 16 levels of color codes expressions. Semiautomatic localization and quantitative, statistics processing. Results ( 1 ) clinical diagnoses SARS case of illness color code distribution may divide into five types. (2) Entire chest area average temperature value is in turn: Dispersion type 30. 19℃ ; Butterfly-wing type 29. 48℃ ; Bull' s-eye type 29.28℃ area 30. 46℃ ea 29. 72℃ ; ; Section type 29. 14℃. Various areas average temperature value is in turn: Axillars central ; Left hypochondriac area 29. 88℃ ; Right hypochondriac area 29. 77℃ ; Supraclavicular atAnterior area of neck 29. 67℃ ; Breast-rib area 29. 60℃ ; Anterior area of breast 29. 27℃. (3) Each, various areas peak value temperature area distribution has the obvious rule. The SARS ease of illness infrared image (IRI) has the obvious localization characteristic and quantitative rule; The infrared image technology (IRI) may accurately express the SARS case of illness physiology, pathological state many information. Conclusion The reasonable application infrared image technology for the monitor to SARS to have the vital significance.
