大鼠肾脏发育中肾小体数目的变化 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨胚胎及出生后大鼠肾脏发育过程中的肾小体数目的变化规律。方法采用光镜连续切片技术,结合体视学分析方法,对不同发育阶段大鼠肾小体数目的变化进行体视学测量。结果肾小体的数目从胚龄18天到出生后7天大约增大7倍,出生后7天达到高峰,出生后7天至出生后40天基本不再增加。结论大鼠肾小体的数目于胚龄18天到出生后7天逐渐增多,出生后7天之后基本稳定。 Objective To explore the activity of the rat renal corpuscle' s number at embryonic and postnatal day, Method Light paraffin series section technology and stereology methods were used to assessthe change of the rat renal corpuscle' s number at different developmental stage, Results The number of the corpuscle increased by approximately 7 folds from embryonic day 18 (E18) to postnatal 7 (P7) and didn, t change anymore from P7 to P40. Conclusion The number of the rat renal corpuscle grows dramatically from El8 to P7 and is mainly stable at P7.
