安多霖对微波辐射致大鼠脑损伤的防治作用研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨安多霖对微波辐射致大鼠脑损伤的防治作用。方法采用30 mW/cm2的微波辐射110只雄性W istar大鼠,一周内辐射3次,10m in/次,并于照前一周至照后一周每天灌胃给予6和12 g/kg/d安多霖,连续给药3周。于辐射后6 h,停药后6 h,3 d,7 d,14 d和28 d,采用Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力,光镜和电镜观察脑组织形态结构的变化。结果30 mW/cm2微波辐射后4 d内,大鼠的学习记忆能力降低(p<0.05);脑组织见水肿、神经元变性、坏死,并呈进行性加重;6 g/kg/d安多霖组大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织病理变化与微波辐射组相似;12 g/kg/d安多霖组大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织与正常对照组相似。结论30 mW/cm2微波辐射可引起学习和记忆能力的下降和脑组织结构损伤,12 g/kg/d安多霖对微波辐射损伤具有一定的防治作用。 Objective To study the effect of AduoLa Fuzhenglin (ADL) on brain of rats which were radiated by microwave exposure. Materials and methods 110 male Wistar rats were divided randomly to 4 groups. The animals were radiated by 30 mW/cm^2 three times in a week, once of 10 min. The rats were lavaged by 6 or 12 g/kg/d ADL from one week before radiation to a week after radiation. The abilities of learning and memory of rats were detected by Morris water maze, observed the changes of brain morphous and structure on 6 h after exposure and 6 h, 3 d, 7 d, 14 d and 28 d after drug withdrawal by light microscope and electron microscope. Results After exposured to microwave, the abilities of learning and memory in rats were declined(p 〈0.05). The edema of brain tissue, neuronal degeneration and the path- ological change were (progressively aggravated. The changes of 6 g/kg/d ADL group were similar to the 30 mW/cm^2 group and the 12 g/kg/d ADL group' s changes were similar to the normal group. Conclusions 30 mW/cm^2 radiation can decline the abilities of learning and memory and result in morphologic changes of brain tissue. ADL at a dosage of 12 g/kg/d may have an preventional and therapic effect on exposure.
