综述了抗体酶研究背景和理论基础、单克隆抗体酶催化的反应以及获得抗体酶的方法等。
The background of abzyme production,the catalytic mechanism of the enzymatic reaction,several types of reactions catalyzed by abzymes and their potential applications are described briefly.The odds for creating catalytic antibodies and polyclonal abzymes are also discussed.
