鼻咽癌放射治疗后放射性脑损伤的诊断及防治

Disgnosis,prevention and treatment of radiation brain damage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated by radiotherapy

目的：探讨鼻咽癌放射治疗后放射性脑损伤的防治。方法：回顾分析放射性脑损伤4例，探讨其临床特点、诊断方法及防治。结果：1例脑干损伤经多方治疗不可逆转，在出现神经症状6个月后全身衰竭死亡。无瘤生存3例，生存时间48-60个月，生活自理。结论：放射性脑损伤是鼻咽癌放射治疗后长期生存者常见的并发症，治疗效果不理想，疗效难以评定，主要在于预防，预防的关键在于合理的设野。

Objective： To explore the prevention and treatment of radiation brain damage of cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy. Methods： To analyze the clinical data of 4 cases with radiation brain damageis. Results： One case died of exhaustion , Three cases survive without tumor and the survival period was 48 to 60 months. Conclusion： Radiation brain damage is the common complication of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy , who can suvive for long time, the effect of treatment isnt ideal, It is difficult to evaluate the effect , The key of prevention is how to design the radiation fields.
