脑干脑炎叠加吉兰-巴雷综合征一例
摘要
临床资料 患者女性，21岁，因头晕，双下肢及右上肢无力半个月于2005年10月17日入院，患者半个月前全身酸痛，双足底针刺样疼痛，伴发热，体温高达39℃，无咳嗽及腹泻，在当地医院静脉滴注“头孢类”抗生素2d。体温恢复正常，双足底疼痛减轻，但出现并头晕、视物旋转，双下肢及右上肢无力，不能行走，无复视、饮水呛咳。
