摘要
采用热压缩法在G leeble-1500热模拟试验机上,研究了600MPa级C-Si-Mn系TR IP钢的高温变形行为,分析了应变率和变形温度对变形抗力的影响,并在试验数据基础上建立了该钢的变形抗力数学模型。
The hot deformation behaviors of 600MPa grade C-Si-Mn TRIP steel were investigated by hot compression method on Gleeble-1500 thermomechanical simulator. Effects of strain rate and deformation temperature on deformation resistance were analyzed. The mathematical model of deformation resistance of the steel has been established on the basis of test data.
