摘要
研究分析了GH4033镍基合金在400-700%的疲劳循环应力行为和疲劳寿命曲线。用扫描电镜对疲劳试样的断口进行了观察。结果表明,高温下的应变可较好地控制试验合金疲劳过程中的弹性抗疲劳性能,塑性抗疲劳性能在相同的应变范围内随温度升高而降低。
The cyclic stress behavior and fatigue life curve of GH4033 nickel-based alloy under range of 400-700℃ were studied, and the fracture of fatigue was observed by SEM. The results show that the strain can well control the elastic fatigue resistance under high temperature; while the plastic fatigue resistance decreases with increase of testing temperature for the same strain range.
