医院感染病人抗生素应用调查与分析

An investigation and analysis of the use of antibiotics among hospital infected patients

合理应用抗生素是医院感染预防和控制中特别值得重视的问题。作者对解放军第四五五医院1994年9月～1995年12月发生医院感染的190份病历的抗生素应用情况、感染病原菌种及耐药性进行了调查,分析了医院感染病人与抗生素应用的相关因素以及医院感染病人与抗生素联合应用的相互作用,提出了应加强医院感染病人的抗生素应用监测,把测定血药浓度和制定个体化给药方案作为检测的基本内容。

The appropriate use of antibiotics is a problem worthy of special attention in the preven- tion and control of hospital infection.Through an investigation of the use of antibiotics on 190 hospital infection cases and a specification of pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance,an analysis is made on the correlated factors between hospital patients and the application of antibiotics and the mutual ef- fect between hospital patients and the combined application of antibiotics.The authors suggest that the monitoring of the application of antibiotics must be intensified.The determination of blood concentra- tion and the formation of individualized drug dispensation plan are to be the basic programs of supervi- sion.
