Palliation of gastrointestinal strictures with metal stents under endoscopic and fluoroscopic guidance

目的评价内镜-X线联合小肠支架置入术的临床应用。方法小肠支架治疗12例良恶性狭窄患者,其中良性3例,恶性9例。结果12例患者一次置入成功,获得良好近期疗效。结论小肠支架置入术能够缓解胃十二指肠狭窄梗阻,方法安全有效,可望成为手术后的补充治疗。

Objectives To evaluate the clinical applications of metal stents for gastrointestinal obstruction. Methods Twelve patients with benign or malignant intestinal stricture were treated with metal stents under endoscopic and fluoroscopic guidance. Results Metal stents were successfully inserted in all patients once, and the relief of obstruction symptoms was observed for different periods separately. Conclusions Palliation of intestinal strictures with metal stents is an effective and safe alternative after operation.
