猪胶原对实验性白细胞减少治疗作用的研究

Study on the therapeutic effect of CPS on experimental leukocytopenia

猪胶原对环磷酰胺（Ｃｙｃｌｏｐｈｏｓｐｈａｍｉｄｅ，ＣＰ）１５０ｍｇｋｇ－１，腹腔注射（ｉｐ）及Ｘ线０．２８Ｇｙ照射所致小鼠造血损伤有明显的治疗作用。能促进小鼠白细胞及骨髓有核细胞的增殖；增加脾指数，提高机体对外界有害刺激的抵抗力，对机体的造血功能起到保护作用。

The collagen of pigs (CPS) had the therapeutic effect on hematopoietic injuries produced by cyclophosphamides (150 mg·kg -1 ) and X ray irradiation (0 28 Gy).CPS could improve the proliferation of leukocyte and marrow nucleated cells,increase the index of spleen,enhance the mices resistance to the harmful stimulation and have protective effect on the mices hematopoietic function.
