摘要
较系统地研究了三倍体毛白杨木材的横向压缩性以及固定压缩变形的途径。结果表明,压缩后的加热处理或蒸汽处理温度和时间对压缩变形的固定作用明显,180℃加热15h或蒸汽处理10э12min可使压缩变形完全固定,其它因素的影响较小;杨木径向和弦向压缩回复差异较小,更适宜大幅面压缩密实加工。
The properties of compression in transverse direction and the way of compressive deformation fixation of Triploid Populus Tomentosa are studied in this paper, and the results show that the temperature and time of heating of air or steam treatment to compressed wood are the main factors for deformation fixation. With 180℃ ,heating for15 hours or steam treatment for 10-12 minutes, the compressive deformation is fixed completely, while other factors have weak effect on it. Poplar is more suitable to be compressed industrially due to the little difference of recovery on the radial and tangential direction.
