This paper introduces a testing and controlling system for hot-battery which realizes electronic control, activation, discharge, sampling, data processing ere automatically. This system has the feature of universality, integration and flexibility. It can accomplish performance test of more than ten types of hot-battery, and it can also realize load simulation of testing system. It provides a doable solution for automatic testing system.
