摘要
北京电视中心主楼为超高层建筑,采用巨型钢框架结构体系。针对原方案设计的不足和问题,结合工程的特点介绍了抗震专项审查情况。通过结构优化,解决了专项审查中遇到的问题,并改善了结构的抗震性能。巨型钢框架结构体系是国内尚不多见的结构形式,结合工程实例,着重介绍超高层巨型钢框架结构的设计原则、计算方法、构造措施。
The main tower of Beijing TV Center is a super high-rise building of a mega-steel-structure system. Based on the specialty of this project, the review situation is introduced by the seismic design committee. In order to achieve improved seismic performance of the structure, structural optimization of the system is considered. Problems raised by the committee have been solved. Mega-steel-structure system has not been implemented in many cases national wide. By presenting the structural design of this building, the design principles, calculation methods and detailing requirements of super high-rise mega-steel structural system are developed.
