摘要
中高层配筋混凝土小型空心砌块剪力墙结构在我国还是一种新的结构形式,具有节约钢材、节省模板、降低综合造价等优点。但在结构设计计算以及施工方面还缺乏经验,相应的技术也不够配套。为在高烈度区建造和推广此类结构,通过在8度区建造30m高10.5层的试点工程,籍以总结设计、施工经验,供借鉴。
The shear-wall structure of small concrete hollow blocks with reinforcing bars for middle-height and high-rise buildings is a new type one in China, which has the advantages of saving steel, saving formwork and lower cost. However, the experience for calculation of structure design and construction is no sufficient now, and the relative techniques are not prepared. To develop the structure in the area of high seismic intensity, we built a 30m- high pilot building in area of seismic intensity 8 with 10 and half floors for getting the experience of design and construction.
