The applications of MATLAB wavelet toolbox on noisy image-preprocessing is introduced in. Then a method of vector decomposition based image noises-eliminating is proposed in this paper. The result indicates that the novel vector decomposition method is carried out on image noises-eliminating based on two-dimension wavelets analytic.
