摘要 根据人体脑部的螺旋CT扫描图像,利用图形处理,三维重建和有限元网络划分技术,建立了一个基于人体解剖学结构的脑部的三维有限元模型。用非规则形体、有限元软件Ansys划分网格。此模型包括大脑左右半球,小脑,脑干,大脑镰,小脑幕,网格细化到平均尺寸6mm,此模型以精确CT数据为依据,为宇航、交通事故、司法鉴定创伤判断、临床治疗提供可用颅脑有限元模型. This paper introduces the course to setup the three-dimensional finite element model of cranium brain, which originates from the spiral CT vision structures, At first, we input the computer on CT fault picture, adopt CT picture three-dimension to reproduce software and CAD software to structure the outline of the brain, divide the net with non- regular physique, finite element software Ansys. This model includes both sides of the brain, the cerebellum, the brain stem, the flax cerebri, the tentorium cerebelli, the net average size is 6mm, this model is based on accurate CT data, and offer the brain finite element ,Such knowledge would be helpful in the treatment of injury through identifying the mechanism of trauma and in protecting the pilot during ejection.
