铸铝由于有其优异的铸造性能及成本较低,已广泛地应用于现代工业生产中。为了获得有利于涂装的金属表面转化膜,介绍了对2种不同铸铝的前处理化学转化液及其涂装工艺的研究,筛选出最佳的涂装前表面处理工艺方案并应用于生产上。

Due to excellent casting performance and lower cost, east aluminum is widely used in modem industrial production. In order to gain metal surface conversion film good for paint, this article introduces a study on two different type of east aluminum pre-treatment chemical conversion solution and paint process, sieves out two prior to paint optimized surface treatment process schemes chemes and recommends to apply them in actual production.
