我国道路交通事故统计指标体系问题探讨

Research on Problems About Statistical Index System of Traffic Accidents in China

道路交通事故统计是一项基础性工作。道路交通事故统计指标是道路系统采集交通事故信息的依据,它对一系列道路安全工作的合理进行起着决定性作用。为此,针对我国道路交通事故统计指标体系中存在的统计指标数据的遗漏、统计指标口径不一致、道路交通事故严重程度的量化及交叉口、路段事故的鉴定、事故形态等问题进行了探讨。

Statistics of road traffic accidents are basic work. Collecting information about traffic accidents is in accordance with statistical indexes of road traffic accidents, it＇s very important for road safety. So some problems about statistical index system of traffic accidents in China are discussed, such as problems about missed statistical datum of road safety accidents, differential statistical approach for same statistical indexes, quantification for order of severity of road traffic accidents, identification of interchange and segment accidents, and forms of accident question, etc.
