简述了全面质量管理(TQM)的历史沿革、在企业中应用的工作原理及其基本工作法,介绍了美国、德国、日本及台湾等地推行TQM的成功经验,阐述了医院实施全面质量管理的具体步骤以及注意事项,以期对当前医院推行全面质量管理的尝试和探索有所借鉴和帮助。
The paper gives a brief account of the historical evolution of TQM and the working principles as well as the basic methods of its application in enterprises. It describes the successful experiences of the US, Germany, Japan, and Taiwan in implementing TQM and discusses the specific steps for hospitals to carry out TQM and some details for attention. The aim is to render help to domestic hospitals in their efforts to adopt TQM.
