摘要
作者从工业工程的角度对医院信息系统进行了分析,指出了医院信息系统目前普遍存在的问题,提出应用工业工程以提升我国信息系统建设水平的若干建议:①运用定量分析的方法;②进行全面的数据准备;③对医院进行系统化的建模;④进行医院业务流程重构,建立科学合理的流程;⑤实现信息与流程的融合;⑥对资源进行科学分配;⑦引入决策支持系统;⑧引人工业工程人才,加强科学化管理。
The paper analyzes hospital information systems from the angle of industrial engineering, pinpoints some common problems in hospital information systems, and puts forward suggestions for the use of industrial engineering to improve the level of information systems in China：① use the method of quantitative analysis;② make comprehensive data preparations;③ construct a systematic model of the hospital; ④ reconstruct the business flow of the hospital and create a scientific and rational business flow;⑤ realize the fusion of information and business flow; ⑥ scientifically allocate resources;⑦ adopt support systems for decision-making; ⑧ recruit talents in industrial engineering and reinforce scientific management.
