放疗网络社区的构建及临床应用

Development and clinical application of an online community of radiotherapy patients

目的探讨放疗患者网络社区的构建与临床应用。方法网络社区设计采用ASP语言,以SQL Servet 2000为数据库,使之具有界面友好、结构灵活、智能化、易交互等特点。结果所研制的网络社区系统包括七大模块:数据库管理模块、远程随访模块、放疗模块、检索模块、打印模块、信息发布模块、肿瘤社区模块。该社区能使患者及时了解最新的医疗动态以及自身的病情,并获得医生的帮助;同时也使医生能够随时掌握病人情况,获取第一手的临床资料。结论网络社区可使医患关系更加密切,随访更加便捷,医疗资源得以共享,有利于开展多中心的临床研究,提升肿瘤治疗水平。

Objective To explore the development and clinical application of an online community of radiotherapy patients. Methods An online community of radiotherapy patients was designed using the ASP language and the database of the SQL Server 2 000, which resulted in such features as friendly interface, structural flexibility, high intelligence, and easy interaction. Results The online community developed was composed of 7 modules： database management, long-range follow-up, radiotherapy, retrieval, printing, information publication, and cancer community. It enables the patients to keep up with the latest medical developments as well as their own conditions and to get help from their physicians; it also enables the physicians to be informed of their patients＇ conditions and to get first-hand clinical data. Conclusion The online community brings about closer physician-patient ties, more convenient followups, and the sharing of medical resources, thus contributing to the conduction of multi-center clinical research and the improvement of the level in cancer treatment.
