摘要
针对船闸闸室衬砌墙的高直立、薄壁、仓内结构复杂、工序交叉作业干扰大、工期紧且“观瞻性”质量要求高、安全隐患多等特点,成功研制并实施了“单侧分离式滑模”和“单侧滑框倒模”施工技术。实践证明,它具有速度快、安全性好、能保证混凝土“内实外光”等优点,填补了国内单侧滑模技术空白,均获得了国家新型实用专利。
In accordance with the requirements on the chamber of the ship lock for Three Gorges Project, such as the high vertical thin wall with complicated interior structure, disturbance from of the crossing-constructions, limited construction period, high quality requirement for sightseeing as well as the characteristics of more safety hidden troubles, the construction techniques of "One-side Separated Slip Forms" and "Shp-framed Reverse Mould" are successfully developed and conducted. The practice shows that the techniques have the advantages of high construction speed, better safety; with which not only the quality of "smooth outside with compacted inside" is guaranteed, but the blank of the technique of One-side Slip Forms at home is also filled up. Both the techniques have gained the national new practical patents.
