磁绝缘线振荡器的三维粒子模拟

摘要 用三维MAGIC数值模拟软件对一种特殊结构的磁绝缘线振荡器进行模拟,在二极管电压为506 kV、电流为56 kA时,在L波段获得了平均输出功率为2.78 GW、工作主频为1.16 GHz的微波输出,平均转换效率为9.8%,并研究了一些参数变化对微波输出的影响。 A three-dimensional particle-in-cell simulation for a special load-limited MILO was performed on the base of theoretical analysis. With a diode voltage of about 506 kV and current of 56 kA, the frequency 1.16 GHz, average output power 2.78 GW microwave was generated from this source. The average efficiency is about 9.8 %. The effects of changing some parameters on the work performance of MILO were also studied.
